1. Payment Obligation:

• By making a purchase or placing an order with Kayak Trolling Motors, you agree to abide by the following billing terms and conditions.
• All invoices issued by Kayak Trolling Motors are subject to payment in full according to the terms outlined herein.

• Invoices will be generated and sent to the billing contact provided by the customer.
• The invoice will include details of the products or services purchased, quantities, prices, and any applicable taxes or fees.
• Invoices will be issued in USD unless otherwise specified.

3. Payment Methods:

• We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
• Payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.

4. Payment Terms:

• Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, payment terms are 10 days from the date of invoice.
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges at a rate of 10% per month, compounded monthly, on the outstanding balance.

7. Overdue Accounts:

• Accounts with overdue balances may be subject to suspension of services, late fees, or collection efforts as permitted by law.

8. Refunds and Credits:

• Refunds or credits for returned products or canceled services will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9. Currency Conversion:

• Payments made in currencies other than USD will be subject to currency conversion fees charged by the payment processor.
